Further to the announcement made by Infratil Limited (“IFT”) today, NZX Operations (“NZXO”) advises that the interest rate payable on the Infratil Limited Bonds (“IFTHC”) has been reset to

7.78% per annum, with effect from today, Friday 15 December 2023.

The interest rate reset will be reflected in our trading system from market open on Monday, 18 December 2023.
