Stansted Airport Speculation

There have been a number of reports speculating that Infratil Limited may be considering participating in a bidding consortium for Stansted Airport, in the United Kingdom. Some of the reports suggest that Infratil has commented on them. This suggestion is not correct. The comments referred to have been made by H.R.L. Morrison & Co Limited, which manages investments for multiple clients, not just Infratil.

Infratil is interested in airports globally, but does not comment on speculation, and will continue to keep the market informed in accordance with its continuous disclosure obligations when it has information to disclose.
