Tim Brown specialises in financial structuring and has been responsible for the funding of both Infratil and a number of investee companies. Mr Brown is a Director of Wellington Airport and NZ Bus.

Rosanne Byrne is a librarian with many years experience in the business sector. Rosanne is responsible for maintaining Infratil's website. She has a BA (Otago), NZLS Diploma.

Susan Clifford is the Executive Assistant to Mr Morrison and Mr Bogoievski and provides administrative support to Infratil. Miss Clifford organises Infratil's meetings and handles many shareholder queries.

Chief Executive of Morrison & Co Infratil Property. Peter is accountable for the development and performance of infrastructure property opportunitites within Infratil. Peter was Managing Director Jones Lang LaSalle, New Zealand. He worked in the UK for Prudential Real Estate Investors as a Director of their European private equity real estate fund, and for Lend Lease Property Capital as an Associate. He is a director of Wellington Airport.

Steven Fitzgerald is responsible for airport investment and joined Morrison & Co in August 2011 from his role as Wellington Airport CEO, having previously run Infratil's European Airports. Steve joined Infratil in January 2005 from Sydney Airport. Steve is a Director of Wellington Airport and Chairman of Infratil Airports Europe.

Mark is focused on Corporate Development and International Investor Relations. Mark has been involved in the financial capital markets for over twenty years, both in New Zealand and overseas. His roles have included senior positions in the Fund Management Industry, Broking, Investment Banking and Corporate Finance. His most recent role was General Manager Investor Relations at Telecom New Zealand.

Dr Bruce Harker heads Morrison & Co's Energy Sector team and has an extensive background in the electricity industry including direct utility management roles, advisory and investment experience. Dr Harker is Chairman of TrustPower and Infratil Energy Australia.

Rhoda's focus is on optimising group investments in operations, systems and people. Prior to her work with Morrison & Co at Z Energy, Rhoda was CEO of Optimation New Zealand and led Telecom/Gen-i’s transtasman business for major customers. Rhoda holds an MSC in Telecommunications Engineering and Business Management from University of London, and is Chairperson of Snapper and a Director of Kordia Limited.

Lib Petagna is an Executive Director and Chief Investment Officer of Morrison & Co, and a director of Aotea Energy Holdings (parent of Z Energy), NZ Bus and Infratil Property. Mr Petagna has had extensive involvement in the provision of advisory services to the infrastructure sector.

Sarah’s role includes company financial and management accounting for Morrison & Co and providing support for Infratil treasury operations. Sarah graduated from Victoria University with a BCA majoring in Accounting and Commercial Law.
