Roger Crawford Roger Crawford heads Morrison & Co's Australian Energy Sector operations from the Company's Brisbane Office. He has over twenty years experience in the electricity supply industry in the areas of generation and transmission planning and operations. Mr Crawford is a Director of Victoria Electricity. |

John Culy John Culy is a specialist in energy and utility economics with specific expertise in the analytic techniques of hydro/thermal power system modelling, operation and planning. Mr Culy is also a specialist in the theory and practice of electricity and transmission spot pricing and financial economics. |

Carl Daucher Carl Daucher – Vice President North America. Prior to joining Morrison & Co, Carl was Chief Financial Officer and Head of Strategy for New Zealand Exchange (NZX), before which he was a consultant with McKinsey and Co in New York. Carl is focused primarily on developing investment opportunities for Infratil and NZ Super in North America. Carl has a BA(Econ) from Brown University. |

Charlie holds a degree in English literature and took his Master's in business administration at Stanford University. |

Paul Ridley-Smith Paul Ridley-Smith works on Infratil's major asset acquisitions, most recently the acquisition and funding of the controlling stake in TrustPower. He is chairman of Isite Limited (out of home advertising) and Snapper Services (smartcard solutions), some of Infratil’s more entrepreneurial businesses. Paul also looks after equity raisings by Infratil. and is a Director of Wellington Airport and Infratil Airports Europe. |
