He is Chairman of NZ Bus and a director of Infratil Energy Australia. Prior to joining Morrison & Co in 2005, Kevin had considerable financial and energy sector experience as CFO of NGC Holdings Limited. |

Marko Bogoievski Chief Executive Officer of Morrison & Co and Infratil. Marko joined Infratil from Telecom, where he was Chief Financial Officer, responsible for corporate finance, M&A and group strategy. Mr Bogoievski is Chairman of Aotea Energy Holdings (parent of the Z Energy Group), and a director of Infratil and TrustPower. |

Jason Boyes Jason joined as Head of Legal from Buddle Findlay where he specialised in corporate, securities, and finance transactions. In that time, he worked closely with Morrison & Co and Infratil on financing transactions and most recently Infratil's investment in Z Energy. Jason also worked for two years at Slaughter and May in London, specialising in structured finance and offshore funds. |

Aaron Church Aaron works on the assessment of new investment opportunities for Infratil/Morrison & Co and with portfolio companies to improve performance. Prior to joining Morrison & Co Aaron was a Project Leader at The Boston Consulting Group and worked in strategy and operational roles at a global electronics distributor. He has a BCom and MBA. |

Susan Clifford Susan Clifford is the Executive Assistant to Mr Morrison and Mr Bogoievski and provides administrative support to Infratil. Miss Clifford organises Infratil's meetings and handles many shareholder queries. |

Peter Coman Chief Executive of Morrison & Co Infratil Property. Peter is accountable for the development and performance of infrastructure property opportunitites within Infratil. Peter was Managing Director Jones Lang LaSalle, New Zealand. He worked in the UK for Prudential Real Estate Investors as a Director of their European private equity real estate fund, and for Lend Lease Property Capital as an Associate. He is a director of Wellington Airport. |

Roger Crawford Roger Crawford heads Morrison & Co's Australian Energy Sector operations from the Company's Brisbane Office. He has over twenty years experience in the electricity supply industry in the areas of generation and transmission planning and operations. Mr Crawford is a director of Lumo Energy. |

John Culy John Culy is a specialist in energy and utility economics with specific expertise in the analytic techniques of hydro/thermal power system modelling, operation and planning. Mr Culy is also a specialist in the theory and practice of electricity and transmission spot pricing and financial economics. |

Steven Fittzgerald Steven Fitzgerald is responsible for airport investment and joined Morrison & Co in August 2011 from his role as Wellington Airport CEO, having previously run Infratil's European Airports. Rhoda Holmes Rhoda's focus is on optimising group investments in operations, systems and people. Prior to her work with Morrison & Co at Z Energy, Rhoda was CEO of Optimation New Zealand and led Telecom/Gen-i’s transtasman business for major customers. Rhoda holds an MSC in Telecommunications Engineering and Business Management from University of London, and is Chairperson of Snapper and a Director of Kordia Limited. |
