Rosanne Byrne is a librarian with many years experience in the business sector. Rosanne is responsible for maintaining Infratil's website. She has a BA (Otago), NZLS Diploma.

Fiona is responsible for corporate accounting, company and group financial statements and Treasury operations including cash management, funding draw-downs, FX and IR management. Fiona joined Morrison & Co in 2006 following roles in the energy and banking sectors.

Chief Executive of Morrison & Co Infratil Property. Mr Coman is accountable for the development and performance of infrastructure property opportunitites within Infratil. Mr Coman was Managing Director Jones Lang LaSalle, New Zealand. Previously he worked in the UK for Prudential Real Estate Investors as a Director of their European private equity real estate fund, and for Lend Lease Property Capital as an Associate.

Martin works on the development and analysis of new investment opportunities within Morrison & Co and portfolio businesses. Prior to joining Morrison & Co, Martin was a consultant with McKinsey & Company and has performed strategy roles at Telecom NZ.

Mark is focused on Corporate Development and International Investor Relations. Mark has been involved in the financial capital markets for over twenty years, both in New Zealand and overseas. His roles have included senior positions in the Fund Management Industry, Broking, Investment Banking and Corporate Finance. His most recent role was General Manager Investor Relations at Telecom New Zealand.

Rowan Hall - Analyst. Prior to joining Morrison & Co Rowan was with McDouall Stuart. Rowan has a BCA from Victoria University.

Crystal Kerridge provides administrative support in Morrison & Co's Brisbane Office.

Paul Newfield works on portfolio and business-unit strategy for Morrison & Co/Infratil, assessing industry attractiveness and developing specific investment opportunities. Prior to joining Morrison & Co he was a Principal at The Boston Consulting Group. Paul holds an MPhil in Management from the University of Cambridge and an MA in Philosophy from the University of Auckland.

Paul Ridley-Smith works on Infratil's major asset acquisitions, most recently the acquisition and funding of the controlling stake in TrustPower. He is chairman of Isite Limited (out of home advertising) and Snapper Services (smartcard solutions), some of Infratil’s more entrepreneurial businesses. Paul also looks after equity raisings by Infratil. He is a Director of Infratil Airports Europe.

George Royal has extensive experience in wholesale electricity selling, power system operation and transmission planning. Mr Royal is based in Morrison & Co's Wellington Office but spends a considerable amount of his time working in the Australian energy sector.
