Infratil Limited advises that the Coupon Rate on the Perpetual Infratil Infrastructure Bonds (PiiBs) for the period 16 November 2009 to the next reset date, being 15 November 2010, is 4.97% per annum payable quarterly. This figure is equal to the Bank One Year Swap Rate on 16 November 2009 for quarterly payments, plus the Margin of 1.5% per annum.
