Halsey Street
Infratil Infratstructure Property (IIP) owns the site at 100 Halsey Street, located in the Wynyard Quater on the western side of Auckland's CBD. The site is 18,280m2, situated in an area that has traditionally been home to marine and petroleum based industries but is currently subjected to zone change that will see the Wynyard Quarter rejuvenated and transformed into a mixed use, mutli-purpose urban village.
IIP holds a large strategic site bordered by Halsey, Gaunt, Pakenham and Daldy Streets. IIP is working with Sea and City (Auckland Regional Holdings), Auckland City and other stakeholders to ensure the redevelopment of the site meets and achieves the objectives of IIP.
Under the Plan Change Halsey Street would be zoned to accommodate mixed use activities including commercial office, residential and retail.
Intergrating public transport and NZ Bus within this site will enhance the overall development potential for IIP.
