Infratil Notice of Meeting
5 August 2008Infratil advises the Proxy/Voting Form recently sent out for its forthcoming Annual Meeting mistakenly omits Resolution 8. Resolution 8 is an ordinary resolution that seeks shareholder approval to allow the Directors to fix the auditor’s remuneration.
The Notice of Meeting correctly gives notice of Resolution 8.
Infratil will shortly send all shareholders an additional Proxy/Voting Form that allows votes to be cast on Resolution 8. The existing Proxy/Voting Form already sent should be used to cast votes on Resolutions 1 to 7.
Shareholders are also reminded that they can vote on all Resolutions on-line through www.linkmarketservices.com
