New Zealand Bus's Go Wellington subsidiary is the first transport operator to accept Snapper. In addition, a strong retailer footprint will enable commuters to buy their coffees, magazines, lunches and everyday items with their Snapper. EFTPOS New Zealand is implementing and supporting the retailer network throughout the region and nationally.
Snapper is led by Chief Executive Charles Monheim (who received a London Transport award for his implementation of the highly successful Oyster card in London).
