Chief Executive Officer. Zane has responsibility for management of all NZ Bus's activities. Zane has held senior operational leadership roles in a number of sectors including; Finance, Manufacturing/FMCG, Petroleum and Civil Construction prior to joining NZ Bus from Shell Australia in 2008.

Chief Commercial Officer. Rachel has worked in the Strategy team at New Zealand Trade and Enterprise and as a consultant with the Boston Consulting Group.

Chief Financial Officer. Scott is responsible for the NZ Bus accounting and financial functions, payroll and IT services.
