Bruce Emson Chief Executive Officer, Bruce has responsibility for management of all NZ Bus's activities including bus operations across the North Island and ferry operations in Auckland. Bruce has had a 30 year career with Shell Petroleum that began in New Zealand and included a number of global postings. Most recently he has held operational leadership roles in Australasia, Asia and Europe. |

Emma Butler Head of People. Emma is responsible for ensuring that NZ Bus is a great place to work where people have the opportunity to achieve their full potential. Responsibilites include; organisational development, learning and development, employee relations, recruitment, health and safety, performance management, remuneration and reward, succession planning. |

Allan Cannell Head of Engineering Allan is responsible for a range of engineering services, including the provision of new buses, and the establishment and control of maintenance standards in the company fleet. Allan is also responsible for purchasing within NZ Bus. |

Warren Fowler General Manager Northern Region Warren is responsible for operations functions in the Northern region, primarily at Auckland. This include managing bus and driver resources for the day-to-day provision of bus services. |

Zane Fulljames General Manger Southern Region. Zane is responsible for leading Operational Business Units in the Southern Region in the delivery of operational excellence. Zane has held senior operational leadership roles delivering large complex change and business value chain reengineering programs in Australasia in a number of sectors including; Finance, Manufacturing/FMCG, Petroleum and Civil Construction prior to joining NZ Bus from Shell Australia in 2008. |

Scott Thorne Chief Financial Officer. Scott is responsible for the NZ Bus accounting and financial functions, payroll and IT services. |

Ian Turner Chief Commercial Officer. Ian is responsible for service planning functions within NZ Bus. This include service, ticket pricing and bus advertising. Ian also liaises with the Regional and City Councils at officer and politician level to ensure the company is meeting and exceeding its responsibilities. |

Steve Wade Rail Business Development Manager. Steve has extensive rail experience having worked for the largest UK commuter rail franchise, South West Trains in retail and operations management. Steve was general Manager of Island Line, the only vertically integrated train operating company. Steve joined NZ Bus in 2006. His role is to identify New Zealand rail opportunities to diversify the infrastructure portfolio. |
