Chief Executive Officer. Bruce has responsibility for management of all NZ Bus's activities. Bruce had a 30 year career with Shell Petroleum that began in New Zealand and included a number of global postings. Most recently he has held operational leadership roles in Australasia, Asia and Europe.

Head of People. Emma is responsible for ensuring that NZ Bus is a great place to work where people have the opportunity to achieve their full potential. Responsibilities include; organisational development, learning and development, employee relations, recruitment, health and safety, performance management, remuneration and reward, succession planning.

GM Operations. Zane is responsible for leading Operational Business Units in the Northern and Southern Regions in the delivery of operational excellence. Zane has held senior operational leadership roles in a number of sectors including; Finance, Manufacturing/FMCG, Petroleum and Civil Construction prior to joining NZ Bus from Shell Australia in 2008.
