Karen has over 28 years experience within Air Traffic Control, operating in both Airport and Area Control Centre environments. |

John holds qualifications in management, and is a certified instructor, assessor and verifier. |

Giuliano (Jules) Matteoni Manager Prestwick Handling at Glasgow Prestwick Airport, with responsibility for Ground Services, Motor Transport, Aircraft Dispatch, Prestwick Bond, Passenger Handling and the Information Desk. Giuliano joined GPA in 1994 on a Youth Training Scheme in the Airport Fire Service which led to a role as a Firefighter, then to Senior Airport Fire Officer. He holds qualifications in management, auditing, training and negotiation. |

Steve joined GPA in 1997. Steve also has previous experience with the Ministry of Defence (sonar systems) and in biomedical product design.
