Prior to joining GPA, Ian was Head of Training Operations and Audits at Redline Aviation Security, and previously was Security Manager for a Heathrow-based airline. He is a UK Department for Transport accredited Security Instructor and Manager.

Group Operations Compliance/Airfield Operations Manager with responsibility for SMS development, regulatory oversight and safety performance measurement. Fiona previously worked as an Inspecting Officer with the UK CAA before joining Infratil in 2006. She has a a BEng Hons in Aerospace Engineering.
