Steve Fitzgerald is Chief Executive of Wellington Airport and Infratil Airports. Prior to joining Mr Fitzgerald was GM Airport Operations at Sydney Airport, where he was also Head of Commercial Trading. Steve also had senior roles with the Australian Department of Transport overseeing the privatisation of Australia's airport infrastructure and investigating the options for expanded airport capacity in the Sydney basin area.

Chinthaka Abeywickrama is COO (Chief Operating Officer) of the Wellington Airport. Prior to joining WIAL in Oct 2008, Chin was Chief Executive of CHH Lodestar a division of Carter Holt Harvey in New Zealand. He holds a Masters Degree in Transport, MBA from Otago University and has 18 years of experience in service sector, where he held a number of senior management roles in New Zealand and Sri-Lanka.

Matt heads the Business Development and Marketing team. Matt joined Infratil in 2006 from Rotorua Airport where he was Chief Executive and was based in the UK as the CEO of Infratil’s Kent International Airport until he returned home to NZ in March 2010.
