Darryl Flukes GAICD

CEO Darryl has broad experience across the energy sector (oil, gas and electricity) in the UK and Australia. His energy trading experience was gained with BP and commodity trader Vitol where he also ran oil storage and processing operations. Prior to joining Infratil in 2005 he was GM, Energy Trading for Southern Hydro during which time he was chair of the Australia Financial Markets Association Electricity Committee for 4 years.

Tony Bergmeier

Operations Manager Tony is responsible for IEA’s power station & gas portfolio operations. He joined in 2006 bringing a wealth of experience in power station operations gained through 20 years in the electricity industry. More recently he held the role of Physical Markets Trading Analyst at Southern Hydro.

Paul Forsyth

Paul Forsyth, CPA, is Chief Financial Officer of Infratil Energy Australia Pty Ltd. (IEA). Mr Forsyth is responsible for financial and management accounting for IEA as well as Infratil’s Australian retailer, Victoria Electricity. Mr Forsyth has broad experience across the financial and energy sector gained at a broking firm and more recently at Southern Hydro as the Financial Controller.

Will McIndoe

Energy Trader, Will McIndoe is responsible for the energy trading activities of IEA and Victoria Electricity. Prior to joining IEA in 2008 he had roles at Goldman Sachs and most recently at AWB where he was involved in their retail hedging products.

Ian Miller

Business Development Manager Ian is responsible for identifying and developing upstream investment opportunities. Ian has over 20 years of experience in the energy industry from planning roles with the State Electricity Commission of Victoria to natural gas marketing and business development with BHP Petroleum. Most recently he was Business Development Manager with TRUenergy before joining IEA in 2007

Gas Markets Manager, Justin is responsible for the gas portfolio and gas market development for Infratil and Victoria Electricity. Prior to joining Infratil in 2008 he worked at Centrica, Duke Energy, AGL and most recently as Energy Trader at International Power.
