Introduction

 

The Infratil People section reflects the evolving systems across the group which are being developed to capture the commonalities that define what it means to be a part of an Infratil company. Group business units have historically operated autonomously and while this will continue  we have as a goal the development of a set of principles and behaviours that will over time create an 'Infratil Way'.

We seek to attract talent that can drive our businesses to be leaders in the fields we operate in. Our People focus is around understanding and driving sustainable performance. In return we want to create an environment that is challenging, rewarding and known as an exciting place to work.

The profiles attached give a flavour of the skills, attributes, experience and aspirations of some of our more recent recruits to the team.
