| Why did you join? | I joined Infratil because I liked their style from what I had seen working with guys from Wellington Airport. A Kiwi airport manager looking to work overseas and a Kiwi company owning and growing airports overseas - a perfect match!

| Focus of your role? | My role as CEO of Kent International is largely focused on continuous improvement. We have a developing team here and my job is about making sure we maintain a safe and compliant operation whilst getting better and better at what we do. We specialise in having fast aircraft turnarounds and we are making them even faster. We are preparing the airport for growth by building the skills base of our employees and implementing best practice solutions to every facet of the business.
