| Focus of your role? | This new role to the company has the responsibility over time for creating the people and productivity management framework that will define what it means to be an employee of Infratil across its business units. I am currently working with the Leadership Team at NZ Bus as they embark on significant organizational change. I am gaining valuable knowledge at a grass roots level that will shape how we improve the performance, productivity and enjoyment of our people both now, and in the future. |
