Mr Saville has been a director since Infratil's establishment in 1994. He is a chartered accountant and a director of H.R.L. Morrison & Co Group , the parent company of Infratil's manager. He is a principal of a funds management business, an experienced non-executive director and has advised on utility privatisations. He is a fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Australia and a Fellow of the Australian Institute of Directors.

Mr Muh joined the Infratil Board as an independent director on 1 February 2007. Mr Muh is CEO Asia Pacific for Alliance Trust PLC, a UK listed investment trust company and Executive Director of AT Asset Management (Asia Pacific) Limited. Prior to setting up Alliance Trusts' Asia Pacific operations in April 2005, Mr Muh was Managing Director and Regional Head of Investment for Citigroup Asset Management - Asia. Mr Muh holds a Degree in Commerce and Administration (BCA) from Victoria University (Wellington). He is a member of the New Zealand Institute of Chartered Accountants, a Fellow of the Hong Kong Securities Institute and a Fellow of the Institute of Financial Professionals New Zealand.
