David Newman

Mr Newman has been a director since 1994 and Chairman since the 2004 Annual Meeting. He is Chairman of Wellington Airport and Loyalty New Zealand, a director of Infratil Airports Europe (the holding company of Infratil's European airports), and a member of the Board of the Guardians of the New Zealand Superannuation Fund. He is a chartered accountant. He was previously Managing Director of BP New Zealand and Chief Executive of the Institute of Directors, of which he is a Fellow.

Lloyd Morrison

Mr Morrison is Executive Chairman of H.R.L. Morrison & Co Group, the parent company of Infratil's manager. As of 19 January 2009 Lloyd Morrison has stepped down for a period of medical leave. Mr Morrison has been diagnosed with leukaemia and has started treatment. He is also taking leave of absence from his positions as director of Infratil, TrustPower and Auckland International Airport. Mr Morrison was appointed to the board of Infratil in August 2002. He established the H.R.L. Morrison Music Trust to support New Zealand music and musicians and the H.R.L. Arts Trust to support the arts in New Zealand.

Duncan Saville

Mr Saville has been a director since Infratil's establishment in 1994. He is a chartered accountant and a director of H.R.L. Morrison & Co Group, the parent company of Infratil's manager. He is a principal of a funds management business, an experienced non-executive director and has advised on utility privatisations. He is a fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Australia and a Fellow of the Australian Institute of Directors.

Humphry Rolleston

Mr Rolleston joined the Infratil board in March 2006. He is a director of a number of other listed companies including: Property for Industry Limited, Broadway Industries Limited, and SKY Television Network Limited. He is chairman of several unlisted companies including Simmonds Lumber Pty Limited, ANZCRO Pty Limited and Lignor Limited in Australia and Craigpine Timber Limited, McRaes Limited, Matrix Security Group Ltd and Asset Management Limited in New Zealand. Mr Rolleston is a Fellow of the New Zealand Institute of Directors and a Fellow of the New Zealand Institute of Management.

Anthony Muh

Anthony Muh was appointed to the Board as an independent director in February 2007. He is founder and CEO of Clearpool Capital based in Hong Kong having previously been Chief Executive of the Asia Pacific activities of UK listed investment company Alliance Trust PLC and, prior to that, Regional Head of Investment for Citigroup Asset Management – Asia including Japan and a member of its global asset management committee. Before that he worked for Bank of New Zealand Investment Management. He is a member of the New Zealand Institute of Chartered Accountants, a Fellow and a board of director of Hong Kong Securities Institute and a Fellow of the New Zealand Institute of Financial Professionals. He is also a member of the board of Asia Corporate Governance Association and the Asia advisory board of Euromoney Institutional Investor Plc.

Mark Tume

Mr Tume joined the Infratil board in November 2007. Mr Tume has had a career in capital markets working in the New Zealand banking and funds management industries. He is currently a Director of the New Zealand Refining Company Limited, New Zealand Railways Corporation and Ngai Tahu Holdings Corporation. Mr Tume is also a member of the Board of the Guardians of The New Zealand Superannuation Fund. Mr Tume has a Bachelor of Business Studies from Massey University and a Diploma of Banking.

Marko Bogoievski

Mr Bogoievski joined the Infratil board in January 2009 for the period of Mr Morrison's medical leave. Mr Bogoievski is Chief Executive Officer of Morrison & Co and Infratil and joined from Telecom where he was Chief Financial Officer, responsible for corporate finance, M&A and group strategy. Mr Bogoievski is a Director of Infratil Energy Australia, NZ Bus and an alternate director of TrustPower
