Mr Saville has been a director since Infratil's establishment in 1994. He is a chartered accountant and a director of H.R.L. Morrison & Co Group, the parent company of Infratil's manager. He is a principal of a funds management business, an experienced non-executive director and has advised on utility privatisations. He is a fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Australia and a Fellow of the Australian Institute of Directors.

Anthony Muh was first appointed to the Board as an independent director in February 2007. In June 2010 he resigned but is an alternate director for Duncan Saville. Anthony is based in Hong Kong having previously been Chief Executive of the Asia Pacific activities of UK listed investment company Alliance Trust PLC and, prior to that, Regional Head of Investment for Citigroup Asset Management – Asia including Japan and a member of its global asset management committee. Before that he worked for Bank of New Zealand Investment Management. He is a member of the New Zealand Institute of Chartered Accountants, a Fellow and a board of director of Hong Kong Securities Institute and a Fellow of the New Zealand Institute of Financial Professionals. He is also a member of the board of Asia Corporate Governance Association and the Asia advisory board of Euromoney Institutional Investor Plc.

Mr Bogoievski joined the Infratil board in January 2009. Mr Bogoievski is Chief Executive Officer of Morrison & Co and Infratil and joined from Telecom where he was Chief Financial Officer, responsible for corporate finance, M&A and group strategy. Mr Bogoievski is Chairman of Aotea Energy, a director of TrustPower and an alternate director of Auckland International Airport.
