Appointment of Sam Knowles as a Director of TrustPower Limited

The Board of TrustPower appointed Sam Knowles as a director
of the Company today. Mr Knowles is Chief Executive of Kiwibank and has considerable experience in the banking and insurance industry.
He has been a senior manager for trading banks in New Zealand and Australia, specialising in areas including strategic planning, retail services, marketing and business development.
The Board considers Mr Knowles to be an Independent Director.
